Keeley Aerospace Ltd.  occupies a 23,000 sq. ft. facility equipped with precision manufacturing tooling for fabricating and assembling Large Commercial Aircraft Landing Gear and Structures, as well as the smallest Regional, Corporate, and G&A Actuator assembly programs. Our Mori-Seiki CNC Mills and Lathes, large Cincinnati 5 axis CNC Mill, 5 inch Boring Mills, 63 Inch Sliding Gap Lathes and other specialized machining equipment is carefully selected for its particular abilities to produce large and small landing gear components. Keeley Aerospace Ltd. also employs both static and dynamic test benches for both Skydrol® and Red Oils assemblies in the final test and acceptance of its newly manufactured assemblies.

We constantly add processes and invest in new equipment to support and fully integrate the manufacture of aircraft parts in our facility in our never ending goal of process, cost, and schedule improvement.

Keeley Aerospace Ltd. is proudly certified to AS9100 Rev. B level of ISO9001:2000 standard (Reg. No. FM 533673). We are always pleased to provide references specific to our potential customer’s programs for component design, manufacturer, assembly, and testing.
