Keeley Aerospace Airframe

KEELEY AEROSPACE ENGINEERING

Keeley Aerospace engineers use the latest design, modeling and stress analysis software including CATIA, UG, Solidworks and Investor for solid modeling and drawing data for our customers and our manufacturing centers. They also use advanced Patran and Nastran stress analysis software and are proficient with the more conventional stress calculation methods like Miners Rule Fatigue Analysis and Damage Tolerance. Utilizing our extensive material process expertise, we design and redesign for cost savings, produceability and weight savings. Our proper selection of materials, finishes, corrosion inhibiters, sealants and proficiency with GD&T assure that assemblies will have the proper fit and function the first time out.

Keeley Aerospace, Ltd. continues to enjoy the extensive experience and subsequent contractual awards with Boeing and Douglas heritage aircraft as well as participation in the development of the latest VLJ and Passenger-to-Freighter aircraft conversion programs.
